Food Noise – Local goodness
Find Food Noise at Farmers’ Market’s around Halifax and in Spring 2015 Tanessa is expanding her local goodness with the grand opening of her Portland St. location in Dartmouth, Nova Scotia. Watch for it Mid-March.
*Hemp hearts are shelled hemp seeds and you can find them in any grocery or health store. If you can’t find them, substitute chia seeds.
A note about chia seeds:We love chia seeds for their ability to absorb nine times their volume in water. So, they keep you hydrated longer and feeling fuller longer. They’re high in omega-3 and omega-6 = good brain boosting, healthy-heart functioning little seed that’s a great source of protein. Worth sprinkling on everything!
